Before this beautiful traditional theater was ever built, the design team at Modern Home Systems was carefully determining every detail -- not just to make the room look great, but to make the room sound great.
Computer aided acoustical modeling helped determine the proper placement of speakers and optimize wall treatments. Speakers were then integrated into walls, taking into account to the client's decor requirements.
This fabulous theater sports a Runco DLP projector with a video processor and a Stewart perforated auto-masking 9 foot (dia.) filmscreen.
It features "one touch" operation from a custom programmed Crestron touch panel control, which enables the family to easily control all audio and video sources, plus curtain and lighting scenarios. One touch on the panel will select a source program from DVD, cable, VCR, satellite, or computer, then dim the lights and activate the curtains.
Sound is provided by a JBL Synthesis system with digital EQ.
