Winter Blues? Up Your Projections with a New Home Theater

After New Year’s (and the Super Bowl), we often find ourselves in a slump, waiting for spring (and the new round of movies to come out). March Madness is a month away, and Game of Thrones doesn’t start until April 26. The good news is that now is the best time to check out the latest in home theater projectors, getting you ready on all the excitement that is ahead (and just enough time to catch up with all the award show nominees—as well as the ones that should have been!

At Modern Home Systems, we are licensed sellers of elite and award-winning home theater projectors from Prima Cinema, Kalidescape, and Runco.

PRIMA Cinema

With the PRIMA Cinema, you aren’t just a buyer—you’re a client. With a PRIMA Cinema package, you can watch all the latest Hollywood releases…from your own home. Encrypted films are delivered over the internet and up to 50 full-length films can be stored on your system at one time, available for instant playback (with no streaming or buffering!). And the quality can’t be beat—it has double the sharpness of Blue-ray, Full HD for both 2D and 3D, and has a 10-bit format that delivers over 1 billion color capability. The Audio comes in uncompressed PCM format for digital master theatrical surround sound. And the system self-checks and monitors itself around the clock. It is truly a high-quality, elite experience.

Kaleidescape’s Encore System scales to fit any home and any movie collection, though it is the best match for large 4K Ultra HD televisions and projectors, and for modern AV control systems. A Disc Server is available as a convenient way to store, browse, and play Blu-ray discs and DVDs.

The Kaleidescape Strato is the world’s only 4K Ultra HD high-dynamic-range film player. It projects in true 4K Ultra HD at up to 60 frames per second, without startup delays, buffering, or quality drops found with most streaming services. And if you aren’t impressed with high-quality projections, we can completely design a home theater for you that looks like a scene from Star Wars [LINK: ]. Or if you prefer a scene from Westeros, we can do that, too. Winter may be coming (or already here), but the winter blues don’t have to come with it.
